We have used Gulf Coast Generators since our Generac was installed 5 years ago. We have always received prompt responses and service from courtesy and professional employees. Our generator is extremely important to our family as my wife has health issues and continuous electricity is of the utmost importance!

Gulf Coast Generators has been servicing our whole house back up Generac for several years. They have always been responsive and reliable. We recently had a lightning storm that blew two fuses on our transfer switch, and also fried the computer board on our generator. Many people with generators were having trouble with them after this storm. Because his crews were busy working to repair other’s generators, the owner himself came out to repair our problem. Our experience with Gulf Coast Generators was SUPERB.. We purchased the Generac 24KW wifi generator. We have absolutely zero complaints. After reading several negative reviews, we decided to check for ourselves. And we're so grateful and thankful that we did. Kent was very helpful, honest, knowledgeable, and very easy to work with. The cash price we paid couldn't be topped. His entire crew was absolutely awesome. Came in with what they had to do and went straight to it.
