We subscribed to the annual maintenance check with Big Fish A/C on our Heating and aIr system and it paid off today with our semi annual inspection. Brandon Midkiff arrived at the promised time and found several issues with our system. We had noticed during the recent heat wave our unit was running constantly and having a hard time keeping the house cool. Brandon found our system to be low on Freon and a weak capacitor on the unit. This issue resulted in a very high utility bill. Once these issues were corrected we immediately noticed a significant change in our system operation. I was concerned my new system was not running at its peak efficiency so I requested an AC check. Keith Venezia did an excellent job checking all areas of my unit and Listening to my concerns. I have always been happy with this company and will continue recommending them for All AC needs
Drake was absolutely wonderful! he took the time to thoroughly explain what was going on with our AC problems and walked us through everything in a way that was easy to understand. he was professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful throughout the entire process. we really appreciate his time and patience, and we highly recommend to anyone needing AC service!
