Luke and Shawn. The two men who installed the new HVAC system were exceptional. Chad came by frequently to check on them for their needs. Overall, exceptional service. Everything American Air Systems stated they could do. They did. They will now take care of our Hvac system as well as our generator contract. I will give them a 10 Star rating of I could.
The company that installed my Generac 4 years ago has sold their business. Generac recommended American Air to be the replacement. I haven't yet followed up on their email because my next scheduled maintenance is July 2027 but I plan on calling about details soon. Their reviews on Google and Facebook seem very positive.
American Air employee's have got their stuff together. The most polite hard working, group of young men I have ever met. They come prepared and have everything they need to do the job. I would recommend them to everyone I know.
