“This particular office has an uncommon total package. The receptionists, nurses, and phlebotomists are always so kind, even when the office is busy. For the past two years I have been cared for by Dr. Trinidad and Nurse Practitioner Dominguez. They are both great medical practitioners. I have never felt rushed, unheard, or misunderstood by either one of them. They do a tremendous job at listening and asking meaningful questions that allow them to make their solution-oriented decisions. Typically, either the office staff are nice and the doctors are unpleasant or the doctors are great but the office staff are difficult to deal with. Fortunately, this office has wonderful staff AND care providers.“
