I have 25 years of experience with Japanese straightening to manage my coarse, thick Southeast Asian hair, which falls to my mid-back. At my appointment, Heeja began with a thorough consultation to understand my goals and made thoughtful recommendations. I decided on an additional keratin treatment based on her expert suggestions for my damaged color-treated hair. Heeja uses top-tier products, surpassing even those found in luxury salons in the DMV area, which was an unexpected and welcome surprise. Her mastery of Japanese techniques is evident and she applied them with precision, tailoring every step hours, Heeja was attentive and professional. She was accommodating of my schedule and provided excellent to suit my hair. Throughout the appointment, which took about five service, including offering beverages during the treatment. At the end of the session, we reviewed the results, and she gave me detailed aftercare instructions to maintain my hair's condition. I'm extremely pleased with the outcome and would highly recommend Heeja for her skill, dedication, and the exceptional quality of her service.

I got a digital perm by Heeja and I love it! She did such a thorough consultation with me to discuss my hair type and what style looks best. She was so kind and sweet. She gave great recommendations for styling and products to keep my perm healthy. Will definitely be coming back!

I trust my hair with Hee Ja. Aside from her great sense of style and technical skill, she knows (and is not afraid to tell me!) which hairstyles will work best for my face, hair type, or even hair growth direction. I totally feel comfortable letting her do whatever she thinks best and knowing that I'll come out with an amazing haircut every time.
