The flower arrangement was beautiful and my daughter loved it, but the balloons were deflated which was disappointing. I also did not have the best customer service experience. When I stopped by the store for help placing the order, I was simply directed to the website without much assistance.
The delivery photo was taken outside the building, which made it unclear whether the flowers were delivered directly to the front desk attendant.
