Joseph’s goal is to exceed his customers expectations- and wow did he ever!! He was patient while we had 3 appointments to review stones. He was diligent to help us find the right stone and he was excellent in helping my fiancé build her dream ring. He also did this while working with a very tight turn around time!! Joseph helped us to design a custom engagement ring. Throughout the process. Joseph helped to answer all of our questions and wisely guided us towards a ring which exactly matched the aesthetic we were hoping for and towards a ring which would last for decades due to the design and structural integrity of the ring. Upon receiving the ring, I immediately recognized that the ring was exactly what we had asked for and I knew that my future fiance would absolutely love it. After proposing yesterday, my fiance could not stop looking at the ring and was so so happy with how it looked! I would highly recommend working with Joseph!
