Verbena Spa is a calm, inviting, and very zen space with a serene, modern, and beautifully designed atmosphere. The setting is elevated, clean, and peaceful, creating a perfect escape. The staff are incredibly professional, kind, attentive, and friendly. They are helpful, patient, thoughtful, knowledgeable, and accommodating, ensuring every need is met. Treatments like the Recovery package, massage-body treatment, and Stress Relief Massage are described as amazing, fantastic, and quite possibly the best ever, leaving guests feeling rejuvenated, relaxed, completely refreshed, and floating on a cloud. Excellent amenities, healthy and tasty snacks, and details like calming scents and soft music contribute to an entire experience that is 10/10 from start to finish, providing a great moment of pleasure and the perfect way to destress.
I booked a sports massage and Jeff was great! He has nice strong hands and will accommodate based on your personal preferences. I left feeling stress and tension free! The ladies at the front desk were sweet and accommodating as well. They have light bites and refreshments and a steam room to enjoy prior to the service. They provide robes and slippers as well. I was a little timid with it being my first time but I left eager to return! Great experience.
Its a small but beautifully designed spa. Could use a place to put your feet up or curl up in their lounge to truly zone out. Locker area for changing is pretty small.
I've had massages at several high end spas in Austin. Price is expected for that level of spa.
Therapist was amazing. I asked for firm pressure which she delivered and somehow it was the most relaxing thing and I got to truly zone out.
