The staff are incredibly professional, kind, attentive, and friendly. They are helpful, patient, thoughtful, knowledgeable, and accommodating, ensuring every need is met. Treatments like the Recovery package, massage-body treatment, and Stress Relief Massage are described as amazing, fantastic, and quite possibly the best ever, leaving guests feeling rejuvenated, relaxed, completely refreshed, and floating on a cloud. Excellent amenities, healthy and tasty snacks, and details like calming scents and soft music contribute to an entire experience that is 10/10 from start to finish, providing a great moment of pleasure and the perfect way to destress.
My husband and I treated ourselves to a 60-minute Proper Massage during our stay, and it was truly one of the highlights of our trip. From the moment we stepped into the spa, we were welcomed into a serene, beautifully designed space that instantly set the tone for relaxation.

Great experience, we did the recovery room and then massage. Jeff is the best massage therapist, and hands down that was the best massage I’ve ever had - if you need deep tissue book with him.
They also carry Flamingo Estate candles, perfume and soap - it’s the most luxurious brand!!
The service at Verbena Spa is unmatched. From the locker rooms to the recovery room, the amenities are up to date and very clean. The staff was kind and helpful throughout our experience.
