Was recommended by the hostel staff to come out here during my stay in Austin to get tattooed up. Sky was professional but friendly at the same time. She did a good job with my 2 small pieces as shown in the photos below. Definitely not pushy or demanding when I needed to adjust myself as I have knee problems at times post 2 major knee surgeries. The shop is spacious and albeit not a chatty and upbeat vibe (every shop differs and also considering the day and time I visited), it was very well ventilated which made my tattoo experience a comfortable one. I took my daughter (age 10) to have her ears pierced and Joe was absolutely wonderful! He was so patient and explained everything to her really well. He took his time to help her stay calm and relaxed and made the process so smooth. I definitely recommend True Blue and Joe for all your body piercing needs.

We had a great time there with our piercer Sarah. She’s very good at explaining the piercing process and giving us examples to help us understand.She’s very knowledgeable on piercing stuff and she makes sure her clients know how to take care of it. 10/10.I’ll go to Sarah everytime I need a piercing!!!
