Tommy's Drum Shop is a well-known and valuable part of the Austin music scene. The owner, Tommy, and the shop's staff are approachable and knowledgeable, always ready to help customers find what they need. The store offers a wide range of drum-related items, including hard-to-find parts, and auxiliary percussion like claves, cabasas, and shakers. They provide excellent service, such as offering multiple options and even adding lubricant to make parts smoother. It is highly recommended to support this local business over large chain music stores.

Tommy's is one of the most iconic music stores still in business. Support these guys, they keep the dream alive. Evey drummer, at least one time should visit and geek out at Tommy's.
