I used the Austin Energy Rebate program and found Solution Finders AC & Heating from the long list of contractors. Solution Finders AC & Heating came out and inspected my house and recommended what would best serve our needs. Out of the many different contractors, Alfonso and Francisco explained everything the best in detail of what and how everything would be replaced to run the most efficient cooling and heating system. Alfonso and his crew were very courteous and professional and did an EXCELLENT JOB in the installation of my system. One of the best decisions I’ve ever made as a homeowner was choosing The Solution Finders to replace my HVAC unit and ductwork through Austin Energy’s Home Energy Savings program.
The list of approved contractors included companies large and small, and I got estimates from several. None compared to The Solution Finders and owner Alfonso, from his comprehensive evaluation of my 43 year old home at his original visit, to his detailed proposal. With other contractors I got a generalized, sometimes vague estimate. Alfonso detailed each and every thing they would do, and included some things that other companies considered as extras into his basic proposal.

We chose Solution Finders as our contractor for Austin Energy's Home Energy Savings Program, and we highly recommend them to anyone else going through the program. We fully replaced out duct system and our attic insulation, got a couple solar screens, and did the comprehensive piece (our HVAC system was only 2 years old so not eligible). We got bids from 6 different participating contractors. Solution Finders had an extremely competitive bid, was able to effectively address a couple problems that no other contractor could, and overall gave us a lot of confidence in a smooth experience.
