The facility has a highly professional team, from leadership to therapists to social workers and support staff. The loving care provided by the professional rehabilitation team and medical physicians is exceptional. Patients experience the most restorative and healing periods of their lives. The staff are encouraging every step of the way, pushing patients to work hard to regain strength and ability. The wound care team is tender-handed, and the nurses put the compassion in compassionate care. The patient care techs are unsung heroes, ensuring comfort and safety. The facility is well equipped to provide high quality rehabilitation care. The grounds are beautiful, with old trees that bring a sense of serenity, and despite being in south Austin, there is never any road noise. Nobody wants to be in a hospital, but if there is a choice, Texas NeuroRehab Center makes the best out of a terrible situation. The staff will go above and beyond to assist with needs, and the institution has the highest accolades.
My name is John Sypion and I had a small stroke this place is so amazing the staff and everybody is totally awesome they helped me so much with everything get back on my feet again the Texas Neuro rehab they helped me out so much if you need help I advise this is the best place to go to for your help I can't say enough about the staff and everybody they helped me so much and I appreciate them more than they will ever know to get back to where I am now just can't say enough how wonderful and amazing this place is friendly kind and make you feel like you're important make you feel safe and make you feel like you're somebody they deserve more than what they do they care...read full review
my sister had an accident four months ago, which paralyzed her from the shoulders down. We were totally lost and none of us expected our family to be in this situation. Thank God she was sent to the Texas Neuro rehab center! They have helped us through every step of the way! They helped us with the insurance and the other resources that are available, and fought for my sister all the way. The therapists, nurses along with the entire staff are amazing! My sister has really bonded with them and it’s made this situation so much better! Our caseworker, Stephanie, was truly a godsend! My sister was involved in a bad fall down some stairs and ended up needing surgery and is now paralyzed from her shoulders down. She was moved to the Texas Neuro Rehabilitation center after her surgery. We, as her family support, had ZERO idea what was next and how to proceed into the future. This is where we met Stephanie (her social worker) and ALL the wonderful staff at Texas Neuro Rehabilitation. What a Great group of folks! We know nothing about how to proceed from day One and Stephanie & the staff at Texas Neuro made us feel welcome and comfortable that we had made the right choice in our sister's care.
