New patient with them. I had a follow up appt on 1/22/25. I had Jury Duty on 1/23/25. Due to bad weather the jury was postponed for the day of my appointment. When I called to tell them I would have to reschedule Due to a required Jury duty. They wanted me to schedule later that day at 3:00 pm.I explained that I may still be at jury duty and was not certain I could make that appointment. All they said was I would still incur the fee for a canceled appointment. This was beyond my control needles to say.. I am very disappointed with them. Not going back there even though I liked my therapist. The service desk & managers are rude, and they care about making money first. I guess good time for them to fill the pockets, why miss the chance. Being super organized person myself, coming always on time, once I had apparently, not sure if its even true a connection issue, which after she dropped me from the room, and I was billed. The upper managers didn't waive the fee even for the first time on this kind of issue where clearly is not really my fault. Therapists should be HELPING people, not put them under more stress.

I was a patient here for the better part of 3 years. Once my therapist left, I stayed on with my medication manager but continued on with the therapist's private practice. I'm going to be as straight forward as possible. I was 5 min late to pay in person, although I had them online. The provider hung up on me, then the receptionist said I was a no show, and billed me for a session. I was in a HORRIBLE way that day. I needed help, and it was obvious that MONEY was priority, not me. I was fully capable of payment. I was on time for my appointment.
