SW nails offers a mix of experiences. Customers love getting nails and eyebrows done here, with many returning for years. The women who do eyebrows are sisters and always get clients right. Customer service is really good for those who get something basic, but guests must be specific on what they want. The salon is not updated, looks old n dirty, and the owner is rude and not at all helpful. However, the techs are friendly, the artwork comes out perfect, and prices are much cheaper than elsewhere in South Austin. Hours are M-S: 11am-6pm, Sunday closed.
Not updated, looks old n dirty. Owner rude, not at all helpful. Will not assist with any questions if you have appt with a nail tech. I asked to see nail options...price book. It's on the wall!!!
I haven’t gotten my nails done in awhile but I always go here to get my eyebrows done so I can only give my suggestion on that alone. The women that do my eyebrows are sisters! Between them both, they always get me right. I refuse to go to anywhere but here with them two

Absolutely loved my experience at this salon, the techs were friendly and it was so much cheaper than everywhere else I've been to in South Austin. The artwork came out perfect just like the picture, and just how I wanted. 10/10 recommend
