If I could give 10 stars I would! I’m a new patient of Dr. Cox. Had a great experience with him today! He fully listened to all of my concerns, made helpful and informative recommendations and has created a treatment plan for me that is very thorough. I highly recommend Dr. Cox and his practice! Also, Ben (who took my blood) is awesome, painless and quick! So glad to have finally found a doctor for me and my whole family!
I see Dr Russel at South Oaks Family Medicine where he's been my primary physician for every bit of 15-16 years. They've given me such a high level of care; I couldn't imagine working with anyone else, even though I've moved away from Austin. I'm always happy to make the trip from San Antonio for the best care.
Our entire family has used South Oaks Family Medicine for 20 years now, and we couldn't be happier with the practice, the staff, and Dr. Cox. We are seen promptly, and we always feel heard and well taken care of. Dr. Cox is an excellent diagnostician who keeps up-to-date with the ever-changing medical landscape. His nurse Sally is kind and efficient, and the in-house lab (CPL) makes getting routine tests easy. We've never had a bad experience at SOFM.
