Initial appointment with Dr. Russell was great. I was told that I would be called within a few days with the results of my bloodwork, but it has been almost two weeks without a call. I have followed up without any response.

If I could give 10 stars I would! I’m a new patient of Dr. Cox. Had a great experience with him today! He fully listened to all of my concerns, made helpful and informative recommendations and has created a treatment plan for me that is very thorough. I highly recommend Dr. Cox and his practice! Also, Ben (who took my blood) is awesome, painless and quick! So glad to have finally found a doctor for me and my whole family!

I see Dr Russel at South Oaks Family Medicine where he's been my primary physician for every bit of 15-16 years. They've given me such a high level of care; I couldn't imagine working with anyone else, even though I've moved away from Austin. I'm always happy to make the trip from San Antonio for the best care.
