I just rented the Prana Studio last weekend and did a Saturday workshop on "Zero Balancing and the Meditative Mind". Kelsey and Laura at Soma Vida were very helpful and friendly - the space was great. And Soma Vida overall feels like what Austin at its best still is - a little weird, a little wild, comfortable, based on human scale with good access to out of doors behind the building. A place where you can relax and be yourself.
