Had a PC that blue screened. Took it in to Smart-Tech and the proprietor gave me an honest evaluation and estimate. There was communication throughout the repair process, and my PC was serviced and ready in only a day. Would recommend to anyone looking to have their PC repaired or serviced. Sascha diagnosed and repaired our PS4 console in a matter of days, after I had taken it to another local shop and they had misdiagnosed the problem and told me they couldn’t do anything about it. He kept me informed of the progress at every step and was knowledgeable, fast and approachable. I will definitely reach out to him again if I ever need anything tech related.
