Absolutely amazing work Noelin does, I could never express truly how beautiful his art is cause words don’t do it Justice. I never get bored looking at my vibrant tattoos he did, astonished how it has held up over the years with the abuse I put them thru daily for work. I honestly will never go to a different artist and will be traveling to finish my body suit whenever I can.
