Roofsonly was extremely helpful in repairing our roof during a very difficult time. I have a cement tile big barrel roof which had a leak and damaged my ceiling drywall. Jake and his team came out and located the damaged area, repaired it in a timely manner, and at a very reasonable price. My home is 14 yrs old so the big barrel tile was discontinued, but Jake and his team were able to go above and beyond and locate the replacement tile required to complete the project. Jake (owner) is incredibly helpful, flexible, responsive, and transparent. Pricing has always been fair and they even waived the cost of a repair entirely where it turned out he had the necessary part in his car and the repair only took 20 minutes or so.
Jake and the team did a fantastic job with the roof inspection and replacement. They were very quick to respond and they provided comprehensive videos of the roof every step of the way. Highly recommend.
