I have a combination metal and TPU membrane roof that an oak branch had punched a hole through at some point. I contacted Driftwood and Nicholas reached out the same day and was out the following morning to inspect the damage and provide an estimate. Getting the repair scheduled took less than a week. I understood that there was likely more damage due to water intrusion and when Guillermo came out for the job the scope of the work had to be increased. He explained to me clearly what the total damage was and what needed to be done to fix it properly.
