I'm very pleased with the footstone that I ordered for my family member. Hannah was well prepared for my appointment & had a couple of possibilities drafted ahead of time. We played with several fonts and layouts during the appointment to get the desired outcome. No high pressure for an immediate decision. I took about five days to lock in my decision and finalized everything over email and a credit card payment taken over the phone. Footstone was completed ahead of promised date. Absolutely perfect! Just added my father's headstone and while they did that they also leveled my mother's. Both headstones were done by Riley. They are beautiful. We wouldn't go anywhere else. Highly recommend.
