Thanks to Angela, Francisco and the staff here, making arrangements for my dad has been a breeze. I was soo overwhelmed because I’ve never had to make final arrangements for deceased loved one. Thank you all for being so kind, patient and caring. It was genuine and comforting.
Cook Walden really care about meeting the family needs during the loss of our mother on August 17th. Even though my mother had a pre-need package from years ago, it went smoothly because had requested some items that we probably wouldn't have done or knew to do. So it made our job easy during the planning. The staff was very nice and friendly and made us comfortable during the process.
