The Rem Sleep Center provides a comfortable and personalized experience for sleep studies. The beds are described as more comfortable than a typical sleep lab, and the environment feels more like a hotel room than a medical facility. The staff, particularly Jacob, are praised for their excellent bedside manner, making patients feel at ease throughout the process. Despite some challenges with scheduling, the center is highly recommended for its accurate and reliable results, especially compared to other sleep labs. The Rem Sleep Center offers a welcoming and efficient alternative for those in need of a sleep study.
I was referred here by my PCP with LoneStar Circle of Care. The sleep study works, I got diagnosed, but it seems like there’s a discrepancy between my PCP and REM sleep. They only diagnose for Sleep Apnea but they don’t do CPAP fittings, they refer to other clinics to do that for them. Take that as you will, but this is just a warning for those who want to get it done in one sitting. This isn’t the place to do that. At home studies are very cheap, it’s 150 without insurance (in my personal opinion) if you want it done in office it’s 700 which I didn’t end up going that route. Knowledge and helpfulness of staff, specifically Miriam, was exceptional. Thanks to being able to get an at home sleep study done and interpreted quickly, we are getting the help needed for better sleep as opposed to suffering for additional months waiting to get an in lab study. Understood not everyone is suited for an at home study but if you are, this is a great option in the Austin area
Staff was amazing from booking to the overnight. Night staff made me feel safe and comfortable I slept and I do not sleep but made it thru the entirety of the study. Room was spotless smelled clean bathroom was clean. Overall I will recommend this facility to anyone I know that needs this type of exam .
