We bought our home in 2016 as a new Paradisa build. It was already built, we didn't customize it. 10 years in, the house has aged incredibly well and we've loved making it a home. We knew this was our home from the moment we walked in. The design choices were sharp and intentional, while still giving us a canvas to make ours. The details were all very well considered and executed. The team were also very available helpful through the first year of settling and the warranty.

We moved into our Paradisa home when it was built in 2016, and almost 10 years later, it still looks great and has been a fantastic home for our family. One of the things we've appreciated most is the layout. It's worked really well through every stage of life, and the design has held up just as well as the house itself. The spaces are practical, comfortable, and just make everyday living easy.
Overall, the home has held up really well over the years. If I had a couple of minor complaints, it would be that the floors scratch a little more easily than I expected, and the original HVAC system wasn't quite the right fit for the size of the house. Those are things...read full review
Paradisa Homes builds an exceptional and beautiful product. We purchased our home 10 years ago and it has held up extremely well. We have had no warrantable issues with the home to date and the design still holds its own a decade later. We purchased the home while it was under construction and we had our own designer who recommended significant changes, up to an including adding walls and doors that were not in the original design. Paradisa’s architects and designers worked with our designer to accommodate our wishes and make the changes we requested.
