Ive been using Monarch for over years and I never have a problem with any equipment. The communication and customer service is outstanding. I recently had an emergency issue and Richard and Chase really went above and beyond to help me. I dont know what I wouldve done! Im so appreciative and thankful for them! I recently used Carly and her team at Monarch Events for my October 2025 wedding. She was incredible to work with and truly made my vision come to life! She has such an eye for detail and every little aspect of the decor was exceptional. She made planning an absolute breeze, delivered and picked up her supplies the day of the wedding, and was extra accommodating to get some bud vases to our florist days beforehand. I truly cannot recommend Monarch Events enough, they are the best of the best and will make your wedding decor dreams come true no matter what your style is.
