For instance, one customer was unable to rent heaters from Marquee for their tent, which led to additional delivery fees from other suppliers. We had a great experience with Marquee/Quest in Austin. The items were high quality, the prices were significantly cheaper than the prices of their competitors, and their staff were wonderful.
I had Marquee deliver our dancefloor for our wedding on Dec 8th 2024. Everything went great with delivery and quality of the dancefloor. That said, I wanted to warn future brides of the following: Marquee was not willing to rent us heaters for our tent because I was told it wasn't their tent. You want to go with a company that will let you rent multiple things from them so that you do not have to pay two or three delivery fees which are VERY expensive for a Sunday wedding. If we would have known that they don't supply heaters for everyone (which is something that you can't really plan for since Texas in December is usually not heat weather), then I would not have used...read full review
We (MML Hospitality) use Marquee for almost all of our events - whether onsite at one of our restaurants or offsite for catering. Bridget is our go-to, and she always goes above and beyond to ensure we (and our clients) are well taken care of. She often works overtime to help us source particular items, and/or run things over to an event. We love working with Bridget!
