Based on reviews, Monarch Barbershop is one of the best barbershops in the greater Austin area. The haircuts are always crisp, on point, and top shelf. The barbers, including Austin, Dom, Jesse, Anais, and Tina, are great, excellent, and top-notch. The atmosphere is friendly, welcoming, and laid back with cool music. The vibe and environment feel very Austin. Services include an unbelievable bald/skin fade and getting lined up. Clients feel handsome and appreciate the consistent expertise and skill. This is a solid, great new spot that feels like a barber homewrecker, and clients regret nothing.
Love this place. Dom and the whole crew are top-notch - great guys, great atmosphere, and the kind of spot that just feels very Austin. As one of the few Austinites apparently still hanging around, I appreciate finding a place with cool music, even cooler barbers, and a solid laid back vibe every time I walk in.
I was loyal to my old barber for over 10 years, so making the switch felt borderline criminal - but Dom made it easy. At this point, these guys are basically barber homewreckers, and honestly… I regret nothing.
This is just flat out one of the best barbershops in the greater Austin area. I've had many haircuts in many cities throughout my life and this place is top shelf. I've had my hair cut by Jesse and Anais. Both are excellent barbers. I would recommended Monarch to anyone in a heartbeat.
Yall needa run on down and get a fresh cut from Anais! She will get yall lined up, and feeling handsome as all hell! Great new spot that I will be going to for haircuts from Anais from here on out!
