Milton's Drainage & Foundation is a highly recommended business for their expertise in drainage installation. They are known for their competitive pricing, responsiveness, and professionalism. One customer chose Milton's for drainage work in their front yard and appreciated their quick and high-quality job. Another customer had a challenging drainage installation in their backyard with a slight grade, but Milton's team was able to create enough drop in the French drain, saving the customer money by not requiring a pump. A different customer had standing water up to 8" deep in their backyard after rains, making it unusable during rainy seasons. Milton recommended a French drain along their fence line and a catch basin at the low point. The customer was satisfied with Milton's patience, communication, and flexibility throughout the project. After completion, heavy rain resulted in water pouring out of the new pipes and into the street, leaving the backyard soft and damp the next day, with no more giant water holes. Overall, Milton's Drainage & Foundation provides excellent drainage solutions, responsive communication, and professional work.
Milton and his tema knocked out the work on our house in about 2 days when he originally estimated it to be about 3 days. The team worked quick and efficiently on the waterproofing, new french drain, and the discharge pipe where there previously was none installed. He fixed our downspout issue in addition to remedying the water entry issue. Cannot recommend him enough. Thank you again Milton!
I can't say enough good things about Milton and his crew. Milton is very knowledgeable, responsive, courteous, prompt, and professional. His rates are also very reasonable. His crew was great too. Milton came up with a great solution for handling runoff in my backyard, which had increased to the point of becoming a flood risk for my home. He installed a pipe to convey the runoff to a side swale in the front yard, and he also had his crew clean out another swale that had accumulated a lot of sediment. It was a pleasure doing business with him.
Milton and his team put in 3 french drains for us almost a year ago in Austin. I am so happy with the work. The drains work perfectly and have helped our flooding yard tremendously. We no longer have pooling water and a swamp in our backyard. His team was excellent, very hard working, that got the job done quickly. My only regret is not calling him sooner!
