Melde is a notch (or 10) above the rest!
Companies who consistently do amazing work are rare. Companies that have top notch customer service are rare. But Melde is a unicorn, they exceed in both. Everyday, no compromises.
We've worked on multiple projects with Bernie Calcote and his team at Melde Construction Company. We've hired dozens of contractors over the past 30 years, and frankly, most disappointed in one way or another. Melde is an exception. They stand out for quality, integrity, and grace under the pressure of complex designs. They build with precision and care. Methodical through the whole process, they make few mistakes, and when something does go wrong, they make it right. Melde makes the complicated feel easy, and sometimes even fun.
