They service the industry, but seem glad to sell to the general public. If you're the sort of person that knows you want an A19 bulb with an E26 base, 60w equivalent brightness, 2700K color temp they'll point you right where to find it. (And you'll probably need to ask because they've got so much stock.) If you don't know those details, they seem knowledgeable and friendly and can probably help.

Reviews
I use Light Bulb Depot as much as possible when it comes to sourcing anything LED. The staff is knowledgeable, especially TIno.
TIno has been my go to there at the Austin Tx. Location for the past 6 years.
This is my go to store for all of my lighting needs! Tino is soo helpful, knowledgeable, & provides friendly service.
I've gone in numerous times being clueless & always leave with what I need. I won't ever go anywhere else.
