Lightcrafters, Inc. creates high-quality, beautiful exterior lighting fixtures noted for their top-notch craftsmanship and tremendous value. The products receive consistent praise, with customers reporting that the lights still look wonderful after many years. However, there are significant and repeated reports of severe delays in shipping and very poor communication. Some customers experience orders taking months longer than the initially stated lead time, with unfulfilled promises and no response to requests for updates or refunds. While the product quality is excellent, the reliability and customer service experience are highly inconsistent.

Kent crafted sconces for our ranch in Texas and our home in the USVI. Very different settings, but the lights we designed together fit beautifully in each location. We salvaged most of the lights after our home was destroyed by Irma and plan to use them on our rebuild. Lightcrafters does quality, custom artistic work at very fair prices. Highly recommend!
Ive been collecting Kents "Nightlight" pluggins, for years now & LOVE ALL THE NTLIGHTS!! I even sent the Christmas Tree ntlight, as a gift at Christmas & the recipient, Loves the Christmas Tre!
