Great class options. Alpha strength classes with Abel are the best. He is an awesome coach, very patient with new comers and very encouraging! Definitely recommend to everyone to take a class from him
About Life Time
Life Time is a comprehensive athletic country club that offers a wide range of amenities and services. The expansive fitness floor features various equipment, and unlimited studio classes and group training sessions are available for members. The facility also includes basketball courts, eucalyptus steam rooms, and indoor and outdoor pools. Members can receive individualized attention and guidance from knowledgeable staff, such as Jarrod Johnson, who provides personalized stretch sessions. The club offers a variety of family-friendly activities, including Kids Academy programs, and has a clean and welcoming environment.
The club has made efforts to address concerns about cleanliness and outdated equipment, and members have expressed a desire for a new, larger, and more modern club to accommodate the growing needs. The outdoor pool is nice but has a salty taste, and members are encouraged to refrain from pouring water on the sauna heaters to prevent damage.
The staff are very friendly, and the group exercise program is excellent. The club is particularly good for families, as it takes care of kids and offers a great swimming experience. The sauna and spa facilities are also highly praised, and the trainers, such as Jackie, are very skilled in providing personalized services like Thai yoga sessions.

Our family has been members for about 20 years and especially appreciate the North location as a refuge helping us through the hot Texas summer with fun and fitness. A number of employees have been here that long and every employee seems to love what they do which makes LifeTime a very joyful place. We are grateful to have such a wonderful environment to seek fitness, learn pickleball, get a haircut, sip a smoothie, make a new friend and share a smile albeit a sweaty one!!

For the past 13 years, Lifetime has been a part of our family’s daily life. We come almost every day, and it has become so much more than a gym to us. It is a place where we feel welcomed, supported, and genuinely cared for.
My autistic son absolutely loves the water, and the kindness and patience he has been shown by the team at the front desk and at the pools has meant more to our family than words can express. They consistently treat him with warmth, respect, and understanding, making Lifetime a place where he feels comfortable and accepted.
The group fitness classes are another reason we keep coming back. The instructors are exceptional, bringing energy, encouragement,… read full review
