I wanted to let you know what a wonderful person Brenda Lee is—though I'm sure you already know.
I broke my glasses frames while on vacation, and we found your store simply by searching on Google. From the moment we walked in, Brenda Lee was welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly. She took the time to educate us about our frame and lens options and made the entire experience easy and stress-free.
She truly went out of her way to help us while we were in an area we weren't familiar with. She even recommended a great BBQ restaurant, which we really appreciated!

Kerby Lane Vision is great. They are very professional, have the latest eye exam equipment and are kind and thorough in their process. This was my first time meeting Dr. Wineinger and he makes you feel relaxed, discusses your eye health and any changes to your eye sight completely and has a really fun and positive personality. How refreshing! It was a wonderful experience. Oh, and they have dedicated parking-SO important on Kerby Lane!

Am on Vacation in Austin and broke my glasses. Brenda Lee was able to fix my glasses in no time and even fixed other parts of it free of charge and all with great hospitality and kindness. If I lived here this would be where I go from now on.
