I’ve taken our cars there on a few occasions now, mostly small jobs I.e. inspection etc. they’re quick, I’ll give them that. It’s a full service station, but not amenities like snacks or drinks that I’ve seen. Not as reasonable as my old mechanic, but not as pricey as others around.
The one complaint I have is the customer service side of it, it’s poor. I’m not looking for glitter and balloons, but a “hello”, “thanks” goes a long way. Even a friendly smile, if you look at and engage with the customer works. I don’t even think anyone looked at me, it’s all business.
Will I go back…probably, it’s close by. I won’t fill up though, ha ha.
