Initially, I was not having a good used car buying experience. However, I was won over thanks to Sebastian and sales manager David. Both were amazing to work with—they were patient, answered all my questions, and thoroughly walked me through the paperwork once I received it. When a discrepancy was noticed, we stepped through the paperwork together and resolved the issue without hassle. They are also taking care of some repairs for me, which I really appreciate.

I’ve been here a few times but am no longer in Austin. However, I just want to say that everyone at this location has been amazing. But I want to give a specific shout out to Chris Ewer who has been astronomically helpful. Car repairs/maintenance are insanely stressful. That’s always going to be true. However, Chris is so phenomenally helpful that he’s made is so much easier; the entire process. In my new home city, I can only hope there’s someone half as kind & thoughtful as Chris.
