I’ve been a loyal customer of this dry cleaner on South I-35 in Austin for years, but my recent experiences have been disappointing. A couple of months ago, I picked up my medium-starch dress shirts, only to find they were heavily starched. When I brought the unworn shirts back to get the issue fixed, the staff initially tried to charge me for the correction. Eventually, they agreed to redo them for free.

Following their advice, I switched to light starch, but the shirts still didn’t match the consistent quality I’ve come to expect and they were not pressed how I had been getting for the last several years. I wore them anyway, even though they were uncomfortable....read full review

Super convenient off 35 in Onion Creek, dropped laundry Monday, Ready Tuesday and received a text! Sweet! Picked up Wednesday and customer service was excellent. Very happy - thank you
