Bad customer service I’ve used them exactly four times. These last three times have been a nightmare I was told next day that turned into 4 days before my 6 items were ready I wasn’t even notified when it was done on the fourth day I went up there and was told yes it just came in today. No ownership of their mistakes zero accountability now I see why they only have a 2.3 star rating. However their the owner cleaners in Buda smh I will travel to South Austin to get my items dry cleaned
On May 7 we buried our son. On May 6 at 8:00 AM I left my suit at our JBC location in Buda. I was given assurances the suit would be ready that afternoon by 5:00. In fact, that did not happen. It was not ready until an hour after I had to leave for his service. Absolutely no words to describe the poor performance of this company.
I get my jeans starched here, they’ve progressively gotten more expensive while at the same time cutting corners. It’s now getting to the point where I pick them up still damp and they lose form within a day. I ask for heavy starch, that should last 3 days outside of getting dirt and sweat on them. Laziness seems to be a spreading cancer at Jack Brown. Will not be back.
