I am leaving this review before the work is done, simply because I came in on a Thursday with an outfit ordered from an Australian boutique that needed multiple complicated alterations in my opinion and I needed them by Saturday.
She was so warm so nice so honest about it being a tight timeline and something she would try, but there was just so much transparency and warmth that I immediately felt like this was a great customer service experience.
I think she’s actually gonna be able to get it done but even if she doesn’t her demeanor and willingness to try on such a short timeline meant a lot to me.
I needed a dress sleeve hem repaired and they were great! The seamstress advised altering both sleeves as the damaged side was frayed and she'd need to shorten it to have the repair last. Very affordable and quick!
Reasonably priced & quality work. I am always 100% satisfied with my alterations. Most of my dresses I order online or purchase from vintage stores & they tend run big, not a problem. With a quick fitting, my finds cover me perfectly like a glove.
