Krystalyn was so kind and welcoming. She's the Manger and i felt so welcome and stress free with her running the store today. Tons of great items. Just such a good vibe in there with her leadership. Thank you for making Goodwill clean, welcoming, and fun. One of the nicest managers I've ever met. Just down to earth and genuine.

The store is well-organized and kept noticeably cleaner and tidier than your average thrift store, making browsing a genuinely pleasant experience. Prices are very fair and every purchase goes toward a great cause, which makes shopping here feel even better. An Austin thrifting staple that never disappoints!
Can’t say enough good things about this Goodwill. Everyone was super friendly, the store was clean and well organized, and they had dressing rooms (with benches for the kids!) Spent about an hour here and found a bag full of really nice clothes for very reasonable prices.
