It's a warm and inviting little building with plenty of quirks but the spaces well set up to allow you to shop around find all the quirky little things they have had donated and the staff is absolutely delightful.

I shopped here on a trip to Austin. It’s a nice shop with a wide variety of items. There is a vintage specific section but I noticed a fair amount of the items weren’t actually vintage. I left with a few things. I felt like the pricing was on the higher side. I am from Little Rock and our local goodwills pricing is about $6 for shirts, $9-12 for pants and dresses. The average at this shop was about $14-18 with “better” brands ranging up to $70. Still great deals, but I definitely would have purchased a lot more if prices had been a little more reasonable. APA! Thrift is one of my favorite thrift stores in Austin.

I love browsing because there’s always the chance of finding a unique hidden treasure that you weren’t expecting. Every visit is different, and that’s part of what makes it so much fun.

What makes shopping here even more meaningful is knowing that my purchases help support the Austin Pets Alive! mission and the incredible work they do for animals in our community. It’s a wonderful feeling knowing that a thrift store can also make a real difference.

The store is clean, well organized, and the staff has always been friendly and welcoming during my visits.
