Overall the customer service is great and I felt taken care of, however when it came to actually getting my extensions put in I felt like the execution was done poorly, I didn't feel like they were being put on with proper method or technique. The hair did not blend smoothly, and i had to basically come home to 2 hours of me trying to get the hair to look good (which is not why people go to the salon in the first place!). I wanted to be able to walk out and enjoy my finished product. Definitely a learning lesson and I find that i rather just rock my natural hair than get extensions. Such a wonderful experience!I recently moved to ATX and was in search of a salon. I've been experiencing thinning and hair loss and wanted to find a place that specializes in hair loss and could take care of my natural curls, helping me to restore my hair back to its full healthy state.Well...I have most certainly found that spot!The atmosphere was welcoming. From the 1st hello as I walked into the door, to the hug goodbye after my services were complete. Everyone was friendly and listened to my needs.
