We want to say thank you to our Four Paws family. It was Ellie’s home away from home when we travelled. The staff accommodated her quirky traits and made room for her when family emergencies arose. They cared for her when she was not well. They supported us and her when it was time to let her go. They loved her as their own and we couldn’t have asked for anything more. This vet is just the best. Our baby unfortunately had a tumor and was on palliative care. This vet was there for us to come up with a plan and worked with us to make his last few months comfortable. They were very attentive, heard us out, and were there for us. They answered the phone very promptly and were ready for us at every appointment. We chose them to put our baby to sleep and I can feel we made such the right call with this place. Not only did they show us compassion and empathy but they were there for with every step. I will start off by saying I have not yet visited this Clinic but.. I believe her name was Chastity that helped me via email. She was very informative and gave me a clear breakdown of everything cost the visit extra cost if needed Etc. I will definitely use them as my go to vet if I have any trouble in the future with my pup. They have outstanding reviews which is what took me to their website. Again I give a shout out to chastity for bearing with me through my many emails asking questions. Much appreciated
