Brought my iPad here yesterday because something was up w the charging port. Turns out a small piece of the charger cable end had broken off inside. Dude took it back immediately and was done in less than ONE MINUTE!! Only charged me $20. Other places wanted $50 to even take a look. Highly recommend!
After my XS screen replacement turned out to be defective (for which I can’t blame the technician, it is what it is, these are third party non OEM parts sourced from god knows where) I returned the next week to explain the problem, and was serviced with a new screen, no charge, which now works great.
To me, this is a hallmark of great service. Owner took full ownership of the issue and made it right. This would be my second replacement from them, as I am a butterfingers. Hopefully there won’t be a third, but I’d return again.
