My car overheated on I 35 today and I had to pull over on the shoulder and could not give a great location as I was in between exits . EZ tow dispatched assis tance. The driver Daniel contacted me quickly and and was very kind and patient with trying to locate me. Daniel arrived and delivered my car and me to the automotive shop to meet my husband. Nobody likes car trouble...my experience with EZ Tow was great and I would recommend.
They towed my car just a few nights ago after my son and I were involved in a bad accident . They communicated very well with me when I was trying to recover property from the vehicle . Andy went above and beyond. He listened to me when I told him there were precious family heirlooms in the vehicle that I was concerned about whether they had survived the crash . He made special arrangements for me to get access to the vehicle . I highly recommend this company.
