I have been using Encompass Home Health for a little over a month and a half. Overall, I have been very happy with their service. I am fortunate to have an amazing group of nurses that are on my care team. One who really stands out, is Marion. She is very professional, caring, compassionate and highly experienced in wound care. She has always treated me with respect and answers any questions I have. This company needs more nurses like her.
Jaime Harper is a Amazing Nurse Liaison at Encompass. I’m the owner of Amada Senior Senior in The Greater Austin area and we refer a ton of our Patients/Clients to Jaime at Encompass b/c of how Jaime handles them. Jaime’s bedside manner with everyone has been astounding. What is so different about Jaime is she is an actual “Nurse.” Most account representatives in this industry are NOT Nurses. Jaime is all about the Patient and their outcome. Thanks again Jaime for doing a wonderful job taking care of all Amada Senior Care’s Patients.
