DO NOT USE THIS DRY CLEANER. Ruined and shrunk over $1500 in suits and blazers of mine, one brand new and had only been worn once. Even their own in store employees agreed it was shrunk and looked awful. Management gave me the run around for 3 weeks having me drop off, then pick up then drop off again the items swearing they’d make it right, only for their “in house tailor” to say the items didn’t seem shrunk. Been coming here 3+ years and then this happens.

Do not use this dry cleaner as they’re dishonest, will ruin your expensive items and then promise you customer service and give you the run around before finally admitting they won’t help you.

The pick up and delivery may seem convenient but DO NOT use eco clean. They ruined two expensive sweaters, one that was 1/3 of the size and felt when I got it back. Actually laughable that someone would put that on a hanger to return to a customer. They also have horrible customer service! I went out of town right after getting my pieces back and wasn’t able to come in until I returned from a friends wedding and they told me I was outside of the week long window. A week is an insanely short window to have and to not make any kind of exception to remedy a negligent cleaning where a marked alpaca sweater was obviously thrown into the washing machine is insane. I have had a very poor experience with EcoClean and wanted to share so that others do not have a similar issue. In addition to taking over a week to clean and deliver my clothes with no communication and just dumping my dry cleaned clothes on the floor outside my door, they completely ruined a very nice sweater by shrinking it. Like, it's now kid-sized. I reached out multiple times over email and they did not even respond to my request to rectify the situation. It has been several weeks and they have given me no response. Over priced, poor service, and they damaged my clothes. I would never recommend them.
