I've been a patient for over 15 years and today I'm firing them. I had a bloodwork order for my annual physical and allergy test included. I was told that I could come in to their office for the bloodwork instead of going to CPL or Quest. So I went in and waited 40 minutes and they came out and told me there was some confusion on the order and they needed input from Dr. Warfield but she's out of office so PA Lauren Hodgkins is needed but she's busy too. That order had been in their system for 4 weeks before I went in. How is there suddenly some confusion on the order? I had to leave for a meeting so I was forced to postpone by a day. This was very annoying but I was willing to offer some grace. I called ahead today to see if the order issue was resolved. They said they'd speak with the doctor and call me back. Of course they didn't, so I called back and started to get frustrated. The problem is that this bloodwork requires fasting and I couldn't wait long before my day had to begin. They didn't seem to care about it. I was mid sentence explaining that to the second person I spoke with and instead of listening to me, she left the call. In my 38 years of being alive on planet Earth, I've never had a healthcare employee hang up on me in the middle of a moment like this. The apathy is shocking and she doesn't deserve to be in this field. Fire whoever that is immediately. I called back and after 3 attempts to get someone on the phone (3 subsequent calls) canceled my appointment and my bloodwork. I'm never going back to this practice, and it has everything to do with their front staff. They are bitter, rude, unhappy, and unhelpful. They fail to return calls and VMs often. So you're better off finding a clinic that won't disrespect you like that.

I've been a patient of Dr. Warfield's for I think thirteen years or so, and I've seen every provider there at least once over the years. Never disappointing. I'm really medically "weird" and Dr. Warfield is particularly good at patiently accounting for things about me that don't make sense, as well as listening to what I have to say without dismissing it. I will probably keep her as my PCP until I die or she retires. :)

Dr. Warfield is very personable and present during each visit with her. Whenever I’ve needed an appointment right away, her office has been very accommodating. The front office staff are very kind in person and on the phone. I have also seen the PA - Lauren and Lauren is so sweet. She examined me during a threatened miscarriage and was so kind when delivering the news and following up with me. I appreciate this office because I am always seeing 2 main providers.
