I had my son’s suit dry, cleaned here and came to pick it up the next day, it was very important that I get it because he had an event the very next morning. When I got there, they were closed due to some “emergency“ this is outrageous, I had to go and buy a suit for him so he can attend this event. These people are not dependable in the least. this business is over priced and unreliable.

The good part- they do excellent work, and it is done on time. The bad- pricing is quite a bit higher than everyone else in the area.If you have an item or two that you need in a hurry then this is the place

We have taken things here two different times for dry cleaning and both times had our items ruined. The first time being a comforter that was absolutely ruined after paying good money to have it cleaned. The second being a dress shirt, brand new that was brought in for cleaning and they put two rips in the shirt and refused to accept responsibility. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt before going back to the chains, but this is the second item (out of two items) they have ruined of ours. I would just recommend Reid’s or another chain.
