Ace Tailors

I brought 3 pairs of pants to be altered. 2 of the 3 were finished as promised. When the last pair was not finished, I gently reminded them that I live in France and needed my pants altered by the date promised as I needed to catch my flight back home. They told me to return in 2 hours to get my pants. My husband picked them up and I packed them in my bag and back to France we went. When I unpacked my pants I learned that Ace Tailors NEVER ACTUALLY ALTERED MY PANTS!! I bet they hoped I'd get back to France and never notice. I've used Ace Tailors for 10 years but this was enough to make me never go back.

Oh my gosh the ladies at the Walsh Tarleton location are amazing!!! Not only did they hem my dress same day, they fixed a seam that busted while I was trying it on at pick up in mere minutes. They’re competent and enthusiastic and great to work with. I’ll trust them with all my alterations moving forward.

Amazing, can’t recommend enough. Went to the walsh tarot on location on rather short notice needing a gown hemmed. They were super accommodating and all of the staff were extremely nice. I have not had this experience with most tailors and really appreciated the staff at Ace.
