Had 3 fillings done today (first time) and the staff was very professional and personable. They were thorough in explaining next steps as well as answering all the questions I had. Had a 9am appt and was out the door by noon with new chompers.

Dr. Ferrer was delightful, very helpful and professional. Cathy was also helpful and prepared me for my discussion with the doctor. A very pleasant and informative experience overall.

I was the first person there, first thing in the morning, and yet I still sat there for 30 minutes waiting. When I asked the receptionist, apparently they were doing there "morning meeting". So why did they book me at this time and why would they have a meeting while they had somebody waiting in the lobby? It just felt very unprofessional. In terms of the actual dental work, it was perfectly fine, but they could do better in terms of how they run their business.
